It's an original cuisine limited in season with using leaf vegetables which I'm growing in a planter.

If basil seeds are sown in around May of the every year, the energetic basil leaves, which are full bathed in the light of the sun, are harvested in around July.
Would you like Genovese pasta made with basil freshly picked? -
I give the finishing touches to it by topping of walnut and raw ham.
